大家敲碗許久！終於邀請到 Philippe 來開設 DJ 課程啦！

Philippe 曾以 DJ 身份參加瑞典、北京等各地搖擺舞會，近期也被邀請到越南 VLX 擔任 DJ 之一。

擁有多年的舞會 DJ 經驗，熟悉音樂歷史與設備操作，在選曲編排上也有自己獨到的見解，

一直希望能將 DJ 文化帶入台灣，讓更多人認識音樂，

也為大家創造更多元更有趣的舞會體驗，歡迎對 DJ 知識有興趣的大家一起來參加！

・日期：4/22-5/13 共四堂

・時間：每週一 20:00-22:00

・地點：SwingTaiwan 新教室（捷運行天宮站）

・費用：2,000NT/人

・地址：台北市中山區民生東路二段 111 號 4 樓（教室需脱鞋入場）

本次課程將包含以下四個面向：

➯ Part 1: DJ Objectives and Miss

- Music and its relationship with the dance. 

Understanding social dancing and the cultural links to the music... African American culture.

- Music history - a basic chronography

- Homework: do research on a song you like

➯ Part 2：Equipment & Software

- DJ techniques  and how to create your work

- Understanding “swing’ and what makes people move

- Analyse song research

- Music history：Pre swing  (1920s-early 30s) / main swing  1930s

- Again do research on a song from the period

➯ Part 3：Acquiring Songs & Copyright

- Modern Bands

- Understanding how sound works

- Analyse song research

- Music history： main swing 1940s / rhythm and blues

- Again do research on a song from the period

➯ Part 4：Technological effects on music

- Flow in a DJ set 

- You are an artist

- Analyse song research

- Music history - 1950s and 1960s swing / bebop & Latin / Soul

- Again do research on a song from the period

- Make a playlist
